Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Clifton Tree Service website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website.

Services

Clifton Tree Service provides tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree pruning, stump grinding, wildfire mitigation, emergency tree services, and plant healthcare in the Leavenworth, WA area and surrounding communities. All services are subject to availability and on-site assessment.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided based on an on-site assessment of the work to be performed. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from the initial assessment. A 50% deposit is required to schedule work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Liability

Clifton Tree Service is licensed, bonded, and insured (License #CLIFTTS765MN). We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect both our crew and your property. While we take every precaution to prevent damage, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Wood Chip Delivery

Free wood chip delivery is offered as a courtesy service. Wood chips are a byproduct of our tree work and vary in composition, size, and species. We cannot guarantee specific chip types, delivery timing, or quantities. By requesting wood chips, you agree that Clifton Tree Service is not liable for any issues arising from the use of delivered wood chips.
